1. Once you have placed a booking enquiry with us, you will receive a communication from us detailing the availability, aggregate cost and cancellation procedure for the relevant period.
2. The reply to your enquiry will be send to the email provided by you within 48 hours, considering the difference in time zones and weekends.
3. In case of accommodation availability, you will be asked to confirm and to make the necessary deposit within 3 days. It is important to note that the accommodation availability changes daily. This happens more during high season and so secure the room availability with the deposit as early as possible.
4. Hotels demand a deposit of 10-30%, depending on the season. The rest of the amount is to be paid either after arrival or 2 weeks before the booking date, according to hotel policy for the period concerned. These details will be included in our reply to your enquiry.
5. All online payments are issued with electronic payment receipts. In case of requesting balance payment before arrival, an exchange voucher will be issued to you, to be shown while checking-in.
6. Use our secure online payment portal for making deposits. You should not send credit card details by email or unsecured web sites. Use fax to send the requested details.
7. While canceling reservation, send a request by email or fax as early as possible.
8. Please note that deposits are not refundable, unless otherwise specified.
9. Those who place pick-up request should re-confirm their flight details before the arrival date.
