1. How long does it take to confirm the booking requested?
A booking enquiry will be replied within 48 hours, depending on the hotel and its location. The difference in time zones and weekends coming in-between may delay the confirmation email.
2. Am I permitted to make reservation at the hotel directly?
No. The hotels give discounted rates for booking through us. The actual rates may be up to 50% more than our rates. In addition, we help you out, in case of problems.
3. What are the steps taken to ensure the security of the personal information shared with you?
We assure complete protection of the personal data, you are asked to share with us. It will be regarded as confidential information and will not be shared with a third party. Both the secure credit card information form and booking form use Thawte Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology to keep your personal information secure. This method encodes the information provided by you before sending them over internet. This makes it impossible for the data to be tampered with, while it travels over the internet from your system to our server.
4. When will the amount paid through credit card be charged to it?
Once the booking is confirmed by the hotel, the credit card will be charged immediately. Simultaneously, the booking confirmation voucher will be issued and send to you.
